Welcome to Cinemapa. Before using our application, please read the following Terms and Conditions of Use carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

Access to and use of Cinemapa is voluntary and free of charge. The user agrees that use of the application is undertaken at their own sole and exclusive responsibility.

2. Description of the Service and Use of Third-Party Data (TMDB)

Cinemapa is a platform for looking up information about movies and TV shows.

• Data Attribution: This application uses The Movie Database (TMDB) API to obtain metadata, images, and other content.
• TMDB Legal Notice: Cinemapa uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb. All rights to the trademarks, logos, and movie-specific data belong to their respective owners and to TMDB.
• Information Limitation: Since the information comes from an external, collaborative database, Cinemapa does not guarantee the accuracy, veracity, or timeliness of the data (synopses, release dates, cast, etc.).

3. Intellectual Property

• Of the Application: The design, source code, proprietary logos, and structure of Cinemapa are the exclusive property of AirunMobile. Reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
• Of the Visual Content: The posters, background images, and movie trademarks displayed in the app are the property of the film studios and corresponding rights holders. Their use in this application is purely informational and is carried out through the TMDB API.

4. License to Use

The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices. It is prohibited to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Massively extract data from the application to feed other databases.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Cinemapa is provided "as is" and "as available." AirunMobile is not responsible for:

• Errors or omissions in the content provided by the TMDB API.
• Technical damage to the user's device resulting from the use of the app.
• Service interruptions due to causes beyond our control or maintenance.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

Cinemapa respects your privacy. The application does not collect personally identifiable data from the user for its operation. The use of third-party services (such as Google AdMob) may involve the collection of advertising identifiers, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Links

Being a free application, it may display advertising. It may also contain links to third-party websites (such as trailers on YouTube). Cinemapa has no control over the content or privacy policies of such external sites.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
